Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: February 10, 2025

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Khazin School of Communication, and “you,” “your,” “user,” and “visitor” refer to any natural or legal person visiting our website at aryankhazin.in and/or purchasing our services. By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, coaching sessions, or workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

01 General Terms

The content, pricing, and structure of our courses, coaching programmes, and workshops are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion. By enrolling in any of our programmes, you confirm that you have read and understood the programme details, pricing, and terms of service.

02 Accuracy and Liability

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we do not guarantee that all information, including course descriptions, schedules, or pricing, will always be error-free. We expressly exclude liability for any inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any materials or information from our website is entirely at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any personal, professional, or financial consequences arising from your use of our services.

03 Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, content, designs, and branding on our website and within our courses, including text, images, videos, study materials, and recorded sessions, are the intellectual property of Khazin School of Communication. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any course materials without prior written consent from us is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.

04 Enrolment and Payment

Enrolling in any programme offered by Khazin School of Communication requires full or instalment-based payment before participation. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your payment details. If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or technical issues, you are responsible for completing the transaction within the stipulated timeframe.

05 Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1

All payments made to Khazin School of Communication are strictly non-refundable once a transaction has been completed, under any circumstances whatsoever. The sole exception to this policy is where Khazin School of Communication cancels a programme in its entirety prior to its commencement, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5.2

For corporate training engagements: once a programme has been formally confirmed, calendar slots have been blocked, and any degree of preparation or customisation work has commenced, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, regardless of whether the sessions have begun or not. The act of formal confirmation and scheduling constitutes a binding commitment between both parties. Cancellation by the client at any stage after confirmation does not entitle the client to any refund of amounts paid.

5.3

Any partial payment received against a confirmed engagement, whether for an individual coaching programme or a corporate training contract, is non-refundable in full. Such amounts shall be adjusted against the scope of work delivered or to be delivered, at the sole discretion of Khazin School of Communication.

5.4

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may submit a rescheduling request subject to availability and prior written approval from Khazin School of Communication. Rescheduling is a privilege granted at our sole discretion and does not constitute a contractual right. We reserve the right to decline any rescheduling request.

5.5

Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior written notice of at least 24 hours shall result in the forfeiture of that session in its entirety. No refund, credit, or rescheduling shall be offered or considered under such circumstances.

06 Conduct and Code of Ethics

We expect all participants to maintain professionalism and respectful behaviour during live sessions, workshops, and online interactions. Any form of disruptive behaviour, harassment, or violation of our policies may result in immediate removal from the programme without a refund. We reserve the right to deny service to any individual violating these terms.

07 Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party services such as payment gateways or partner resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites. Users should review the respective terms of any third-party platform before engaging with it.

08 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute related to our services, website, or transactions shall be governed by the laws of India. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing any formal legal action.

09 Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from a user’s inability to access courses due to technical issues beyond our control, any misinterpretation of course material or coaching guidance, or the decline of a transaction due to payment failures or bank-imposed limits.

10 Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
